Seeking Roomie Serviced Apartment in Pingod Community Near Guomao/Shuangjing/ No Agent Fee

Hi

I have a room currently available in a 2 bedroom modern apartment in PINGOD community in between Shuangjing line 10 and Guomao line 1. So if you are working around Guomao CBD.it's the best place to live. I hope someone could join me soon as my old roomie ll move to a place near his new job, this room ll be available in the middle of July.


Information about the flat


1.Flat is around 132 square meters with 2 large bedrooms , kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 spacious living room.1 storage room.It is fully furnished with couch, washing machine, 50M wifi.etc.

Both of our living room is around 20 square meters.fully decorated and furnished with wooden floor, big screen, A/C, heating, dining table and 2 nice sofas.The kitchen has electric stove, you can easily cook in the flat.The bathroom is always neat and clean with a washing machine.the room got a nice bed, wardrobe, cupboard, desk, mirror, A/C and radiator.


2.The traffic is very convenient, it takes around 15 minutes walk to Shuangjing subway line 10/Jiulongshan line 7/14. Just 15 minutes to Beijing railway station by taxi.30 minutes to airport.


3.There are restaurants and many bars around, many groceries,,carrefour supermarket. The nightlife is very beautiful and nice here, therefore one can usually hangout almost every night as there are many hot spots just 2 minutes walk from the building and convenient to come back early too.


4.The community is surrounded by the today art museum just next to the building. Last but not the least, there is an awesome night view of CCTV and BTV buildings as they are also very near to the community.

The rent of the room is including the bills (property fee)we ll share the electric charge and the water fee.


Payment three months 5500 RMB/month.and one month deposit.
