房间本身不到20平，处于三楼。楼上就是露台，所以晚上非常安静，也不用担心会吵到别人。
洗手间、厨房和露台同我共用，厨房设备齐全，我不做饭，厨房都是你的。
公共区域会有定期保洁，至少一周一次。

Independent single room looking for a tenant. Utilities all incl. Minimum rental period of 1 month.
The bedroom is slightly less than 20 msq, fully furnitured with a queen size bed, desk、storage closet and wardrobe. Accepting 1 tenant only.
It's located in a very nice neighbourhood of Julu road across Fumin road. Walking distance to countless bars and restaurants and cafes. 400 meters to Jing'an temple subway station.
You will be sharing the bathroom, kitchen and rooftop with me. I don't use the kitchen much so it's basically yours.  Feel free to use anything in it. 
Your bedroom will be on the 3rd floor, with a smart lock. High ceiling of 3.5 meters, very nice lighting.
I used to rent it through airbnb and got nothing but 5 star reviews, looking for a chill roommate.
There will be regular cleanings (at least weekly) for the bathroom and kitchen.
