This charming apartment, a classic from the 1990s, offers one large and one small bedroom, along with a gas-powered bathroom and a connecting hallway. Located at the intersection of Changning, Xuhui, and Old Jing'an districts, it is in close proximity to Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Xuhui Campus) and the historic Wukang Mansion.

Years ago, I lived here during my university days. Since then, I've spent many years abroad, resulting in intermittent management and leasing of the apartment. It is now available for rent once again.

The apartment is ideally situated with Huashan Green Space just 50 meters away and a bus stop 150 meters away. Within a minute’s walk, you’ll find restaurants, supermarkets, and a hospital, providing utmost convenience.

The complex is currently undergoing renovations, with some construction work ongoing. However, it remains very quiet. Comprised of three buildings, the community is self-contained and undisturbed by neighboring complexes.

Please note: The apartment does not have an elevator. This may be a concern for those who are not physically fit or do not enjoy regular exercise, as accessing higher floors can be challenging.
