Transferring my room as I received a university hall offer! The contract will be officially signed directly with the agency, so there are no deposit or legal issues. (⚠️ Female students only per agency policy).
Location: 5-min walk to Hung Hom & Whampoa MTR stations (Walking distance to PolyU; easy commute to CityU/HKBU).
Lease Period: Oct 4 – Dec 15 (Option to renew for a long-term lease directly with the agency).
Rent: HKD 8,200/month
Management Fee: HKD 410/month (Includes weekly common area cleaning, 1000M Wi-Fi, free clubhouse access with gym/pool, regular AC/appliance maintenance & repairs).
Utilities: Split 3 ways (water & electricity).
Furnishings: Fully furnished with bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, chair, AC, fridge, washer, and dryer.
Flatmates: 2 quiet, respectful female students.
