房子是复式结构，楼上一间卧室，楼下两间，出租的是楼下一间。虽然卫生间只有一间，但是很干净、很大，平时上班时间互不耽误。。客厅已安装好投影仪，厨房工具齐全，休息日可以一起看个电影做个饭放松一下。
现出租的一间卧室20平米左右，有一个大单人床房间面北，适合睡眠艰难者。卧室里的衣柜、书桌都已布置妥当，您带上自己寝具、换洗衣服就可以入住。真心不错👍
