Looking for one roommate for our cozy and spacious 4 bedroom apartment in Dongzhimen. Looking for someone to fill the room from the 25th of July. 

The apartment is conveniently located less than 5 minutes away from DZM subway line 2 as well as a short 10-minute or less walk to Great Leap Brewery, Jing A, April Gourmet, a bowling alley,  and movie theater just to name a few places. Our building has a doorman for Taobao deliveries when you are at work, and a gated parking area for bikes and scooters. 

The room is 3850 per month and requires a month deposit and a half month’s rent agency fee – we have a good, reliable agent who runs a family operation. I've used him for years, and he is very trustworthy, and helps out with anything we need. 

We have a huge kitchen that is perfect for cooking and prepping, a huge living room with lots of natural light and a TV. 

The room is pictured. It's cozy and share a bathroom. There is extra closet space available if needed in the hallway. It's probably best for a person who doesn't have too much stuff as there isn't much room for things other than the literal walls of shelves. We have a desk in the living room if you need the space to work from home. 

 
You would be living a French guy (moving in in August) and a South African gal (stuck outside the country), and a Chinese gal. We consider ourselves normal, social, and well-adjusted, and hope you are too. We all get a long quite well! Message me for more details and to check the place out. 

P.S. Our ayi is 50/hr and AMAZING! She comes 3 hours one day a week.
