The apartment is on the top floor of the tower and is 2 floors.  There is a skylight so the living room is partially vaulted.  The spacious, upstairs, master bedroom (available) has an enclosed balcony, a TV, and lots of storage space.  The upstairs bathroom is also spacious with a bathtub.  The upstairs 'landing' area looks down to the living room below and has a built in seating area.  The main, shared floor has a living room (which opens to a small balcony and BBQ I've never used but would like to...) and dining area, a utility room with washing machine, and a large open kitchen with lots of counter space and a full size fridge/freezer.  The main floor also has the second bedroom (occupied) and second bathroom with a shower.  The apartment is easy to share because there is lots of private space (especially for the upstairs tenant), as well as ample shared space.  The closest subway is Jiangtai Station on Line 14.  We are very close to the north gate of 798, Oasis Hospital, Wangjing Park right next door, and the Airport Expressway which gives easy access to central Beijing and the airport.  Parking space can be arranged but is not part of the rent.  Rent also does not include utilities.  Rent is split 6000 for the upstairs master room (available), and 5000 for the main floor room (occupied), and is normally paid 3 months at a time.  Currently I have arranged to pay 1 month at a time so we can discuss.
