Pay only 1 month security deposit + 1st month rent. Short-term through July, with possibility for long-term. Rent: CNY5,400 + ayi CNY300/month + utilities ~CNY200/month = Under CNY6,000/month. Honestly, the best deal and one of the best apartments I've seen in Beijing. Only leaving due to business.
