因为我12月11号离京，需续租小伙伴：
1.东直门、东四十条附近的海运仓小区，两室一厅。离来福士广东方银座几分钟步行，到三里屯起步价打车。
2.隔壁一情侣，男的是老外，视频导演；女的好像在传媒公司做广告
3.续租带阳台朝南主卧，目测18-20平，白天就是个阳光房。
4.和中介签约到明年6月5日，租金4000，交一押三季付。
Im leaving BJ on 11th Dec, looking for someone to take over my room in Dongzhimen area.  share the apt  with very friendly young couple . facing south, master room with much sunshine. the lease until next June. pay by every 3 months.
