分租房間面積大約：240 x240cm (人手量），有窗台有對外窗並已裝窗簾、有鎖，分租房已備
：基本傢俬電器有一張床、一個衣櫃、一張書枱及一部冷氣機。

若果願意提前通知及互相溝通的，並不介意室友有朋友/伴侶上黎探訪。
