New!!! I  have three rooms for rent near Fudan/SHUFE and Tongji University.      
   Traffic near the flat is easy: Metro Line 3 is just 10 minutes walk, and there are several buses getting you to Wujiaochang, a big shopping mall near Fudan University and to downtown areas as Nanjing Road and Huaihai Road.
   Please find photos of bedroom, kitchen, sitting room as well as bathroom. All the rooms are furnished with a queen size bed and a set of wood furniture, a desk, a TV set and a Sharp air conditioner in the room. In the sitting room there is a bigger TV set and AC. Internet is accessible washing machine and also dryer. 
   The rent for different rooms varies for there is difference in size and directions. The biggest room facing south is charged for 3400 RMB/Month, the other smaller one facing south is 3200 RMB/Month, the bigger one facing north is 3300 RMB/Month depending on the size.   
   Non-smokers, over 6 months rent are preferred. Rent payment: One month deposit and three months rent, no agent fee is needed, for the landlady is an English teacher, so there will be no communication problem.
