小区很成熟，治安很好，特别安全，有门卫、摄像头，晚上小区会锁门。房子刚装修过不久，原为房东自住。没有电梯，但楼梯并不高哈。步行至地铁站10-15分钟，公交车很多，周围市场超市医院餐厅一应俱全，购物非常方便。房东人很好，会很省心。长短租均可。
