整体情况：房子是住主卧的情侣从房东整租下来的，6层没有电梯。四室两厅两卫，没有隔断。我住在朝南的一间次卧，还有两间次卧分别是一个女生、一个男生在住。我因为个人原因4月21日会离开北京，现在转租那间次卧，卧室大概15平左右。押一付三没有中介费1400/月。 退房时如果房屋墙纸和家具没有损坏，押金全退。 
房间情况：配套床，衣橱，洗衣机，电视，空调，WiFi。厨房宽敞，可做饭，有冰箱，微波炉，电磁炉等。包物业，取暖，燃气。 
周边环境：小区门口就是公交站点，专25路，兴15路到旧宫地铁五分钟，步行到地铁约15分，我每天就是步行到地铁。524到宋家庄。如果是在亦庄经济开发区上班，还有多路公交车可到。小区对面有首航超市，小市场，小吃街，附近有物美大卖场，永辉超市，肯德基，必胜客；附近有招商银行，农业银行，建设银行等等。 
希望能找正常上班，无不良嗜好的人合住，男女不限。 
房子什么样，不多说，直接上图，如果满意欢迎看房。

说明： 1）因为我是4月21日才能离京，所以只能在那天入住。2）签合同是和住主卧的情侣签的，室友都是大学生，素质很高。3）支持晚上或者周末看房。
