Very quite living area, 10 mn walking to subway station, the rent is only 1800 RMB. pay the rent monthly 4 bedrooms apt, im looking for the replacement of my master room, facing south. equipped brand new furnitures. share the apt with nice& social mates , we always sharing cooking together. for further more details, plz pm me. 押一付一！特别安静的小区，四楼，不用电梯，因为比起来那些电梯小区，周围生活特别方便。 离京东打车拼车十块钱，离地铁站走路十分钟。 户型为四居室，我的房间是最大的主卧，朝南房间 房内设施：大衣柜（比一般的大）、两个写字桌、床、小茶几、全新空调（装了不到两个月） 同租的小哥哥小姐姐人都特别好，经常做饭一起吃。 因为没空拍图，有需要的可以联系，当时和美丽屋签的房子，还剩9个多月，租不满可以转租，没有中介费，一个月30块钱的管理费，水电民用，再有就是300块的转租费，我们一人150，爽快的话我可以都出了，这个月20号之前入住，这个月房租只用出500。 最近几天晚上八点后可以看房。 照片拍的不好看，房子住的好不好只有自己看了才知道～
