We are looking for 1 roommate for our 2nd bedroom. LOCATION: Sanyuanli Beixiaojie (三源里北小街) - a short walk from Liangmaqiao/Lufthansa Centre Area NOTE: we will have updated photos of the bedroom with the extra furniture inside soon, e.g. desk and chair. SUBWAYS Closest: Sanyuanqiao [line 10 & Airport Expressway] = 600 meters away (4 minutes by bike) 2nd closest: Liangmaqiao [line 10] = 1.2 km's away (7 minutes by bike) Short-term and long-term rents, both okay. RENT: 3,850 RMB a month (includes internet + cleaner once a month) BILLS: water, gas and electricity (split equally between the 3 of us) FLOOR: 12th floor CONTRACT: 12-months would be ideal, but we can also accept short-term renters no problem.
