cosy apartment in a funky area right in the middle of three subway lines and great shopping hotspots. lots of boutique bars and restaurants. great modern people. 
apartment is studio with separate bathroom and kitchen with doors. complex is very pet friendly my dogs love to walk around and socialise downstairs. apartment has garden view and is bright. kitchen is fully functional and spacious. bathroom is also spacious with shower cubicle and top loader washing machine.
I will be sad to give this place up but time to leave. landlord is really good and approachable and friendly haven't had any issues.
