Usually the exact apartment goes for 9000 yuan a month, so I'm subletting at a discount. Includes ALL amenities, including water, heating, electricity and Wi-Fi. 

Laundry ensuite, free bike parking either in the bike room in the underground garage below or outside the clean, quiet and slightly upscale community complex. The complex has 24/7 security at the gates and in the garage, and there is cleaning staff available on demand. 

Just outside the complex is a 24/7 7-Eleven and a little grocery market. Nearby are also many restaurants, including a Western grocery store and several pubs and bars.

Centrally located, within walking distance to Sanlitun (heart of DT Beijing), embassies, shopping and nightlife.
