My wife and I are leaving Beijing and searching for a replacement for a very well localized unshared apartment. The apartment is located within 3-5 min walk to Yongtaizhuang station (Line8). There are lots of restaurant and convenient stores nearby. It is located close to Olympic Park.

The apartment perfectly fits couples. The biggest advantage is that you will not need to share your bathroom and kitchen with anyone else. There are AC, hot water, heating, a small balcony, a fridge and etc.  The apartment is fully furnished with a bed, two wardrobes, two tables, a sofa and a bedside table. It is located on the second floor.
