Condition of the apartment: 2LDK，90square meter（your room is independent and it’s 20square meter）
Several big and small Supermarket in or right beside the community,nearest mall is 1km

About me: female, quite, certainly not party people, hope can find a girl/les/gay（one people only） who also quite,polite and welling to keep the apartment clean to share the home with me. I was born in Guangzhou, currently work on Peking. Read, travel, work, start something new, are key words of my life. 两房一厅90平方米，你的室友是一个女生（一套房子只住你我两人），曾在英国留学，bi，已婚（对象在美国工作，所以我一年起码有两个月不在北京）、文字工作者，喜欢读书旅行，无宠物不吵闹，比较爱干净，平时自己打扫一个月左右叫一次阿姨。所以希望也找爱干净，不事儿的女生，或者gay蜜，不能养宠物，希望我在的时候，也不要带恋爱对象回来过夜哦，毕竟有点尬，所有规则都是相互的。次卧有20平米。我安装了空调。女生或gay蜜均可，限一人。（只能一个人，多于一人的不考虑谢谢）
