Contract: Directly sign contract with the household.

Payment：2650/month，one month deposit & every three months a pay. Fee for water、electricity and internet is shared.

Neighborhoods: KFC, supermarkets, restaurants, bakery shop, pharmacies are all downstairs, no more than 5 minutes walk.
