周围邻居大多是上海本地人，人口不复杂，小区有保安，从地铁站到家门口都是大路，没有黑黢黢的弄堂，单身小姐姐也不害怕！

虽然是老公房，但是小区环境很棒，20年底新翻修的，小区门口还有个小公园。25年5中下旬

房子最大的优点：
1 房子20年新装修，家具家电较新，今年新换了双层的隔音玻璃
2. 小区门口就是4号线，9号12号13号都在1公里以内，（住在市中心啊，真的一辆电动车走天下，Mobike也行！）

缺点：1. 不喜欢6楼的就不要来了，这我也改不了
2.介意老公房的也不要来了
