I own an apartment in Sanlitun SOHO, with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 study room and 2 bathrooms. It is in 28th floor, French window, facing east, with very good view. At the request of some embassy, who is my last tenant, I added a list of security checks to the apartment, including anti-explosion membrane on all the windows. My apartment will be available from 15th Dec. The rent per month is 26000RMB, which is negotiable.

Compound Facilities
Sanlitun SOHO was built in 2009, including 5 shopping centers, 4 high-end residential buildings and 5 office buildings around 30 stories high. There is a gym under one of the residential buildings. Location
