Very quite and clean compound near western/Chinese supermarkets and restaurants.
Very close to the embassies area as well as to Sanlitun and Taikooli which are at walking distance (4 minutes away).

The master bedroom has it own private bathroom, a very large wardrobe and it is very bright from the morning to the evening. It is warm in winter and cool (new a/c) in summer. 

The house has also a big French-style living room with a huge sofa and a TV. It also has a spacious kitchen which is very well equipped: Nespresso machine, blender, oven, washing machine, etc. 

‼️Extra: Very friendly Ayi comes once a week (140¥ per month). 

The rent is paid every three months directly to the landlord.
