Dear, Im looking for you take my cozy room at 19F, This is a three bedroom with two Bathroom in apartment and roommates is a very nice and clean!! The location is super convenient as it is located nearby line 4 (linping lu) and line 10 (hailun lu & you dian xin chun) so you can go to any major places in Shanghai very quickly. Going to Tongji/Fudan/SISU/SHUFE take 10-30 mins so there are lots of int'l students living in the compound. It is very famous among student group. Most students graduated and came back to work, then still choose the same compound to live. You just feel like lots of fantastic things happening around everyday. The place is delicately decorated highlighting design in a contemporary modern style, around the apt there are 24 convenient shops, coffee shops, Chinese and western restaurants, hair salon, nail salon, massage place, pet shops etc.its very convenient for you to go out. In addition, a large shopping mall with grocery store located next to the compound. The offer is a standard bedroom, which shares a bathroom (containing a very good shower) with the other standard bedroom in the apartment. The room has a desk, a double bed and a sort of closet where you can keep all your clothes. The mattress of my bed is, in contrast with typical Chinese beds, very soft and comfortable. WIFI connection is excellent in the apt too. We also have on-demand movie broadcast channel in the TV so thousands of daily updated movies are in one place. Utilities plus the internet and TV are equally shared among roommates. We share the cleaning lady fees too. All adding up is not high at all. Looking forward to hear from you.
