My apt is a very nice loft located close to Jianwai SOHO. The loft has 1 big high living room with a great view of CBD, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen and 2 bathroom. There’s a quite big window in the loft so that you can enjoy the sunshine the whole day and at night just enjoy the great Beijing skyline when laying down on the bed.
The loft is located between Yonganli and Jianguomen (Line 1 and 2) subway stations, just in front of Xiushui Embassy District. It’s very convenient, each subway station is about 7 mins by walk. Supermarket Jenny wang’s is about 5 mins by walk. You can also find lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby the apartment.
Contract could start on July 1st, 3 months paid and 1 month deposit.
