房屋具体情况：三室一厅一卫一厨（整套公寓大概110平），次卧直租（20平左右），长租。卧室朝南，阳光照射充足，几本整天能晒到太阳，可在3月1日后随时入住，个人直租，无中介费。

我们的房子在武泰公寓，坐落于泰兴路555号，在地铁1号线，12号线，13号线的中间，距离汉中路地铁站800多米，南京西路地铁站900多米，也可以散步至自然博物馆站乘坐11号线，同时毗邻苏州河。住所附近生活方便，有联华超市，奥乐齐，清美，罗森等便利店，星巴克，瑞幸咖啡均在楼下，也有卖果蔬的小商贩。现在想寻找一位有稳定正当工作，干净整洁，无不良生活习惯的合租伙伴，女士优先。我们提供免费wifi，房租月付，押一付一。

关于本人：在同济大学工作，85后，和先生同住在此公寓主卧，另一次卧住一90后朋友（女生，已经一起合住6年），现马上搬出去的室友也同住3年，因公司福利，分得住房，我们相处友善，也不过分互相打扰。

On Taixing Rd (泰兴路）
Walking distance to Line 2,Line 12,Line 13(west Nanjing Rd station) and Line 1(Hanzhong Rd station). 
In direct proximity to the apartment there are both local and imported goods supermarkets, restaurants and 24/7 convenience stores. Additionally there are hair salons, various fruit and vegetable shops, bike repair shops and imported liquor stores. There are also several gyms in the area.

The rent:
The rent is 3300 per month, one month rent and one month deposit.
