The apartment is located in the 5th Building (Apollus) at the 31st floor. The surface is around 120sqm with 3 bedrooms: Master Bedroom (around 16/17sqm) with a walking closet (3/4sqm) and a private bathroom (7/8sqm) with a bath. 
The second room (12sqm) has a private balcony (3sqm) with view on the coumpound pool and a shared bathroom (4/5sqm) with the third room (mine)
The kitchen (8/9 sqm) and living room (around 25sqm) are spacious.  The apartment has a shared balcony (4/5sqm) with view on Yuyuan and Jiangsu roads crossing. It’s fully equipped with warm water wash machine, a dryer, oven, microwave, large fridge with a decent freezer size (we had up to 15kg of food inside). We have a central AC with separate motors for every room. 
We have light in the apartment  all day long. Neighbors are pretty quiet and nice. 
The coumpound and apartment are pet friendly. I have myself a little local black dog. 
The master bedroom is currently at 7000 rmb and the 2nd bedroom at 5500 rmb. Regarding to the environment and location it is reasonable. This is the cheapest apartment in the residence.
