The house is in Huamao Apartment, one of the most high-end residential districts in Beijing. I originally lived in it. All the living items are complete.. The high-rise is east-facing, the sun is plentiful and the view is good. The SKP, Huamao and Guomao are meters around. 2 min walk to subway line 1&14, direct to guomao, Wangfujing, tiananmen, xidan and Wangjing. 10 min drive to Sanlitun. The most convenient area in Beijing, supermarkets, restaurants and banks are all very convenient. The Huamao Guomao office building is within walking distance. The house is a studio. My own furniture and soft furnishings are very good things which are beyond this rental price. I have recently relocated so have to sublease it. 

Rent can start any time until the end of August. After the lease expires at the end of August. you can renew with landlord directly after August
