Hi, I’m an easygoing Canadian guy looking for someone to take over my roommate’s room for a few months...2-4 months (maybe more, we can discuss). 
Available immediately.
Located inside ring 2 on Guijie near Dongzhimen station (line 2, 13, airport express) and at a walking distance to Beixinqiao Station (line 5). 
It's a very nice area close to dozens of restaurants and bars, including the whole Gulou or Sanlitun area.
4500/month with 1 month deposit (we can discuss this). WIFI included.
Electricity and other common things are split in 2.
She would prefer a female replacement, but male is ok if you are clean.
You must be quiet and considerate. 
It's a non smoking apt.
Foreigners or Chinese are equally welcome, as long as you are clean and you treat our apt AS IF IT WERE YOUR OWN PLACE, AKA: DON'T TRASH THE PLACE.
It's been our home for a few years, it's a nice flat and we want it to remain nice.
The last picture is the room itself, of course all of her personal belongings (clothes, etc) will be stored somewhere else.
