楼下就是公交车站，离地铁一号线步行大概16分钟，骑自行车6~7分钟。

在这里住了一年多了，因为跟同学一起合租换了一个地方，但是房子合同还没到期，所以想短租出去，可减免部分租金。合同可以跟前台直接签订。如果觉得这里可以也可以跟公寓前台续租。
