交通：离地铁棠东站1公里多，小区门口每天都有很多共享自行车，小区大概200米距离有公交站“广氮花园总站”；适合天河这边上班族，如果有能力打车上下班这里住起来会超级舒服（因为我平时都是打车，就不在意离地铁远不远了，毕竟这里租房便宜）
