房子位置在地铁1号线、八通线四惠站，出楼就是地铁站，距离不超过五十米，非常方便。
有三个卧室，一个小客厅，一个卫生间。
距离国贸、三里屯和SKP都很近，骑自行车十几分钟就到，地铁也就一两站。附近有健身房、超市、商圈。一楼小超市送货上楼。
房间的夜景view超好。

室友11月底搬走。新室友可以在厅卧和另外一间次卧任选一间。因为和房东租期到2月份底，所以现在只能先出租到2月底。到时候跟房东签新的合同可以再一起续租。
家里目前有一只乳白英短猫咪，很蠢很乖巧。
我们希望：
性格好，作息规律，不大声吵闹。
我们可以一起运动、聊天、吃饭。
目前房间住着一男一女，我们都很好相处的，一起来做室友吧！

Room Introduction: The apartment is located at Sihui Station, Metro Line 1.
There are three bedrooms, a small living room and a bathroom. Guomao, Sanlitun and SKP are all within easy distance. The night view of the room is super good.
You can choose the biggest bedroom or a smaller one.The rooms will be available at 11.30.
The room can be rented until early March 2022.
At present, there is a boy ,a girl and a cat living in the other two bedrooms. We all get along very well. Let's be roommates together.

After the expiration, we need to sign a new contract with the landlord. Then we renew the lease together.

We hope: Good personality, regular work and rest, not loud noise. We can play sports, talk and eat together.
