The room faces north and has a bay window. Check-in is possible at the earliest Nov. The specific time can be negotiated. Only one person is allowed.
Nearby environment:
The scenery of the community is very good and safe. The Oriental Pearl Tower is just across the street, so close to the subway station. In addition, turn right 100m when you go out, and you will reach Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street when you cross the Suzhou River. Turn left and walk 300m when you go out is the Bulgari Hotel, with a great location.

租金情况：
目前只接受短租三个月，一次性付清（季付）可按3960每月。月付租金4150元/月，无中介费管理费，含每月2次保洁服务。和另外两个室友共用卫生间（带恒温智能马桶，室友很爱干净）水费1元/天，电费平摊。房间朝北，带飘窗，房间面积还是挺大的，并且带宽阔飘窗，不会有压抑感。最早11月底可入住，具体时间可协商。只允许住一人哦。
附近环境：
小区风景很好也很安全，东方明珠就在对面，离地铁站好近好近。另外出门右转100m，过苏州河就是南京东路步行街，出门左转走300m是宝格丽酒店，地理位置绝佳。
