房屋情况：房子是正规小两居，和房东直租的，已住三年，现出次卧。房子位于一层，需要往下走几步楼梯那种半地下（窗户有一半在地上），主卧次卧客厅均带阳台，隐私及通风采光没问题，冰箱洗衣机灶台齐全。情况见图片，房子老旧一点，但是还挺温馨的，主卧住我一个人，男，无不良嗜好，作息规律，建筑设计工作。房租季付，押一付三，水电网费和我均摊，天燃气免费。

室友要求：次卧较小限住一个人，讲卫生、讲卫生、讲卫生（男女不限，最好不吸烟），需作息规律，性格温和好相处的小伙伴。
