Due to job changes, I sublet a one-bedroom loft in Xincaiyuan Community. The house is a new building that will only open in 2020, with a brand new infrastructure. Central air-conditioning is installed in the house, and security guards are on duty downstairs 24 hours a day.

The rent is RMB 4,200 per month. I signed a contract with the landlord until the end of August, and can be renewed afterwards. Usually, a cleaning lady comes to do cleaning regularly, so the house has been kept very clean.

本人因工作变动，转租正在住的位于新彩苑小区的一室一厅loft公寓。房子是2020年才开盘的新楼盘，全新的基础设施，屋内装的中央空调，楼下24小时保安值班。

房租是4200一个月，我跟房东签约到8月底，之后可以续。平时有阿姨定期来做深度保洁，所以房子一直保持得很干净。
