I rented the house as a whole. Because my friend changed jobs, I rented a master bedroom. It is very close to the subway Tongzhou Beiyuan station. It is also very convenient to take a bus to the International Trade CBD. The location is perfect!
The master bedroom is about 15-16 square meters without balcony. I haven't measured it specifically ~ there are two beds. There is a living room, we can share it together~ And I changed the sofa~ The rent is 2500 RMB/month, there is no service fee or anything, water, electricity, and internet fees are shared equally~

房子是我整租的，因朋友换工作，所以出租一个主卧，离地铁通州北苑站特别近，需要坐公交去国贸CBD也很方便就在旁边，地理位置绝佳！主卧大概15.16平不加阳台，具体没量过～之前两个人住，所以两张床。有个客厅，大家可以一起公用哦～还有我新换了沙发，差不多就这些吧～房租2500，没有服务费什么的，水电网均摊～
