每间卧室的房门都不是正对公共区域，即使忘记关门也不用担心隐私泄漏的问题哦～

每间卧室的租客可以根据个人需要更改房间内的布置，设计师房东可以提供免费的软装设计服务～

房子内还有一大一小两个储藏间，也可以单独出租，用以弥补房间的收纳空间，适合衣服鞋子比较多的小姐姐们哦～

The description of our house 
The home and studio of the independent space designer is looking for tenements.

The floor plan is 4 suites, 3 living room, 5 bathroom ( 1 public bathroom included), 2 balconies, 2 storage room and a kitchen.

The entire place is equipped with smart devices and furnitures which include the lighting system, network, personal lockers, curtains and the toilets. 

The total area of the house is about 250 square meters,  each suites are enjoy 30-40 square meters space with full bathroom. 

The total area of the public area is about 130 square meters.  The entire place has been splitted into 3 comparative independent area, the public bathroom is "three-separation" type, which can satisfy the requirements of our renters' privacy during the space sharing. The meeting with friends in the public area is also available.
 
Each suites can be modified personally by yourselves, my wife will provide the room planning service for free.

We have 2 individual storage room are opening for rent. one is smaller than the other one.
We hope that would be helpful for our lady guests to secure your beautiful shoes and nice dressing.

NOTE: the property management fee, water and electricity fee, Internet fee and other miscellaneous expenses are evenly distributed according to the total number of people living in the house, which is also convenient for everyone to supervise each other and living economecially.
