Hi there， I have moved into this lovely apartment two more years， The apartment itself is located at a super convenient spot with all the facilities we needed in the massive malls downstairs and around. And the metro station is just in the basement of our building. We have a kitchen with all the flatware, connecting the living room through a Swedish-designed coffee table. One bedroom, which is bright and warm for quite some hours in the winter afternoon. we are happy with the shower during our stay. Most importantly, the wind doesn't come in directly from the windows but from the direction of the main gate, which is amazing for us as the dust and pollution don't really enter the apartment while the air changes. The apartment was just perfect for us so we moved in directly at the first visit. The friendly English speaking landlord did not charge any agent commission (eg. one month rent) unlike all the other places we'd checked in the first 3 exhausting days. So it is doable just move in on the day of arrival. Feel free to pm me to arrange for viewing/videocall. 温馨明亮的一室一厅出租，客厅的空调是房东新买的，射灯房间灯及所有的灯全部换了新的Led款，1人或2人住着非常舒服，朝小区内部很安静，布置的很温馨 舒适感十足，直通地铁站1-2分钟到地铁站，小区绿化率极高，出门是月亮湾 太阳宫商场，中西餐美食，小吃 电影院 摩登天空等应有尽有， 生活交通非常便利，目前可以随时入住哦：）
