Hello every one, My place is at Qing Nian Lu neighbourhood, and near (about 8 minutes on foot) by Qing Nian Lu Station of line 6 subway. These are many buses, and you can be very easy to go around of Beijing. My apartment has two bedrooms, one living room, one washroom and kitchen. You will stay at the second bedroom if you book my place.

My home's decoration is very comfortable and quiet, 2 bedrooms are all sunny, the lighting is good, the facilities have smart washing machine, smart toilet, water filtration system (you can drink directly after filtering), smart access control, very safe.房间装修的非常舒适和安静，房间全部朝阳，采光很好，设施有智能洗衣机，智能马桶，水过滤系统（过滤后可直饮），智能门禁，很安全。

房屋守则 Housing code
1. Please clean & put back after suing(请用后放回原处并清洗干净)
2. Please Care for the apartment & room facilities (爱护房屋及屋里设施)
3. No smoking(不吸烟)
4. No pets(不能养宠物)
5. Cannot take others coming to before the landlady agrees(没有房主同意不能带外人进来)
6.Please close the door or windows when you open the air conditioning .请关上门窗再开空调。
7.Washing machine does not do alone due to saving the water & power . 不单独洗衣服(衣服都是一起洗!)。
8.If you have any special requirements or hobbies, please inform in person. 如果你有什么特别要求或嗜好，请当面告知!
