Hi! I’m currently on a business trip in France. Although I’m renting out the master bedroom on the 2nd floor, you’ll essentially have private use of all shared areas most of the time.

	•	A shared rowing machine fitness corner on the 2nd floor
	•	Lots of plants — an auntie comes regularly to water them

	•	Electricity & water: since I’m not in China recently, you can prepay based on your actual usage
