It’s a 4 bedroom house located on Mission Hills Golf course. With Three bathrooms. I live here with my dog Jackie who is a Labrador. I’m only looking to rent out one room which is on the other side of the house. The house has a large living room, reasonable size kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, toaster, rice cooker, blender, air fryer, stew pot and two refrigerators. The house is fully furnished with common areas stocked with sofa and chair, dinning room with table and six chair. In each room the closest is built in the wall. In addition to the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms the house has a nice size balcony over looking the golf course and a full rooftop that I turned into a full gym with great views of everything. (Note: I do not know what size any of the rooms are but the app would not accept a blank number.)  you will need to pay the current month rent plus deposit. You can come to see and or visit anytime with a quick text or call. Please be sure to have a 48 hour COVID test in order to gain permission to enter the private golf course.
