建筑面积38平，算上复式的二楼小三居，面积有60平，如果有养宠物，可以留一个独立空间给主子。我自己原计划也是留一个二楼小空间给布偶和英短。
房子是精装修，品牌电器齐全，灯、空调、窗帘、音响都接入了物联网系统，回到家直接声控操作，现代生活不过如此；
一楼沙发很舒服，电视装了可调节角度的支架，下班回家躺在沙发上，把电视调节到最舒服的角度，开始葛优躺。茶几高度刚刚好，双脚放上去也没问题；
厕所浴室做了干湿分离，干燥舒适，浴镜带有手触LED灯，点亮你的美；
