Walking distance to Sanlitun /liangma river and not far from Solana/ Chaoyang park /CBD 三里屯南路，地铁10号线/6号线/17号线（1公里内），溜达去三里屯很方便，步行距离去亮马河或者骑车几分钟可以到蓝港～ About your bdr: Facing to the south and have good view of CBD. 卧室朝南，视野超好 The Apartment: a small but cozy one with all the needed facilities including microwave/oven and full-set for cooking. 整个房子虽然不算太大但五脏俱全，厨具也是：烤箱豆浆机高压锅砂锅微波炉之类 Your roomie: Well, me, outdoor / skiing / hiking etc.. cooking mostly and a big foodie who knows all nice places for different cuisine / coffee in town. I rarely use the living room so far but if you like hang out together then we could cook and share. 主卧是我住，一般会在家做饭但不太喜欢油烟特别大的 Room Rent would be RMB 4500 monthly for one year rental. Payment would be 1 month deposit + 3 months rental. If need to pay monthly it’d be 4650. Short term rental is also ok with a relatively higher rent.
