1、关于次卧。房间里有超大一面墙的衣柜以及床下作为收纳空间，长方形的整块双层玻璃窗提供隔音及超大视野（该小区户型特色），窗外无遮挡一眼可至遥远的北方。

2、关于次卫生间。位于次卧门口（不在次卧房中），专供次卧使用（房东本人绝不会进入），内有化妆镜、洗手台、淋浴房（干湿分离）、科勒马桶、米家波轮洗衣机，此卫生间内所有设备完全与主卧分开，互不交叉。（卫生安全）
PS：客厅有烘干机（共用），虽共用，因是高温快速烘干，可避免交叉感染，另外共用是指主、次卧衣物轮流单独使用，不可同时混烘干。
