There is a local kid garden in front of the compound , convenient for those who have children, and its only around 16 minutes drive to international school.

Its 4 bedrooms apartment, without any other buildings in the front, have very nice open view on 5th floor, super sunny, all the rooms have more or less sunshine when sun is out.its 163 square meters on the certification, acturally its about 175,cause back balcony was not counted while I renovated it into part of the kitchen.
