Subletting! Available for move-in in mid-January. I am going home for the Chinese New Year. This is the most satisfactory house I have rented in Shenzhen. Unfortunately, I have to rent it out due to my trip home. :(

Transportation: It's a 300-meter walk to Shekou Port Metro Line 2. It takes me less than 5 minutes to walk there. There's also a bus stop within a two-minute walk. Most places in Shekou are accessible. It takes 20 minutes to get to Dengliang and 25 minutes to get to Keyuan.

Nearby facilities: Supermarkets: Near Taizi Bay Commercial Complex and very close to the iconic sight of Shekou - Sea World. The Gateway Commercial Center is also nearby. Parks and cultural centers: Nüwa Seashore Park, Nanshan Park, Taiziwan Street Park, China Merchants Plaza, and Sea World Cultural and Arts Center. I love to go to the Nanshan Park because I enjoy the feeling of looking out at the distance from a high place~

Apartment facilities: Leisure – reading room, entertainment – gym, living – laundry room. There's also a public balcony with a view of Shenzhen Bay!

As for the room style, you can see from the photos that it's minimalistic muji style. I think this is what most young people`s preference, right? In any case, it suits my taste.

What's in the room? Air conditioner, water heater, washing machine, refrigerator, range hood, induction cooker, private bathroom, bed, sofa, bedside table, coffee table, desk and chair, wardrobe. If you're moving in, all you need to carry are your clothes, shoes, bedding, toiletries, and washroom supplies. The room is fully furnished and ready for you to move in!

This apartment is owned by China Merchants, the contract is also sign with their investment official, so you do not need to worry about being scammed ~ You can continue my lease to June next year, or re-sign one year which can get one month free of rent now!

There are security on duty 24 hours a day, and set monitors all over the public area outside the house. The access control is very strict, delivery cannot even be sent upstairs and only be placed on the first floor shelves. Although it is a bit of a hassle to get the delivery, but it is very safe! The house is a great place to live. One of the main reason I rented is it's safety ~ ~ When you living alone outside, safety is really too important!

Haha. I almost forgot to talk about the utilities ...... This place was originally the Haitao Hotel, so the water and electricity are commercially used, electricity 1.5 yuan, water 5.24 yuan. One person live no need too much, I pay about two hundred per month, it's acceptable ~
