Due to My job, need to sublet the 2-bedroom apartment where I live now.

Both bedrooms are facing south. One bedroom has a 1.8×2m bed, and the other bedroom has a large balcony. The air conditioner in the room was newly replaced last year, with a beautiful night view, and the high floor is also relatively quiet.

Bathroom, kitchen, there is a garden downstairs, the community is located on Xinfeng Road, near Changping Road/Changshou Road subway station. The interior decoration is very good and clean.

The landlord is very nice, and he will repair it in time if the things are broken. The elevator in this building in the community has just been replaced. The landlord doesn't want to have a pet. It can be rented for couples or singles.
