小屋干净简洁。十平，朝南阳光很好！家具配全。有个小阁楼置物，大箱子可以放四五个没问题。足够单人起居。有室外走廊公共阳台可晒衣物。

其实是算单独一户，但厨房与另外两家邻居共用空间，有自己专用炉灶和准备食材的地方。卫生间和两户邻居合用，有自己新安装的淋雨头和淋浴器。民用水电煤，分开算。希望租客爱干净，长租优先。

The location is in the city center, along Huaihai Road, parks, French plane trees, and typical Shanghai-style scenery. Beautiful in all seasons! Plus it's an old-style and protected building. 

The room is clean and cozy to live, with plenty of sunlight facing south. Shared kitchen and bathroom with two neighbors. Long term stay preferred.
