舒适的两室户房。窗户很多很通透。
位于番禺路，旁边就是幸福里，Fascino，Alimentari Piccolo，上生新所，定西路美食街等等，还有很多咖啡店和酒吧。过两条街就是华山绿，遛弯跑步都不错。可以一早去幸福里买刚烤出来还微热的面包，隔壁买杯咖啡，然后去公园坐一小会，准备开始新的一天。有时约朋友出来聚基本上也都在家附近，出门几步就有各种选择。
房子格局合理，有非常大的储物空间。阳台朝南，远离主街，没有马路噪音。平时没事的时候我喜欢坐在阳台晒太阳。房子里家具齐全，配有洗衣机，冰箱，微波炉，空调。可以拎包入住。

希望能够找到同样喜欢这套房子的有缘人能好好照顾它。

直接与房东签约，只接受长租。房租押一付三或者押二付二。签约两年以上可以适当降低房价。

3月下旬可以起租。周末可以看房。

This bright and comfortable apartment is located on Panyu Road. Looking for someone to takeover our lease. The apartment is right by lots of restaurants / bars / bakeries — Xingfu Li, Fascino Bakery, Alimenatari Piccolo, etc. Two blocks away is Huashan Greenland Park.

Apt comes with washer, fridge, microwave and everything you’d need. The balcony is facing south, and far from the street. Lots of storage space. Very cozy and also well designed and organized. All room with window.

This apartment has been good to me, and I hope to find someone who will take care of the place as we did :)

You can sign the lease directly from the landlord. Long term only. 1 months deposit, rent paid 3 months at a time. Could be cheaper if sign for over two years.

Can move in late this March. Weekends are good if you want to come see it!
