房子位于二楼，客厅打通，两个大落地窗，望山开阔。入户有小院，我也会种点绿植。
我现在住主卧，大厂995工作制，下班比较晚，社恐友好。你平时也是可以自在的在大客厅呆着的哈。不社恐可一起约livehouse，吃吃喝喝，冲浪滑板，弹吉他。
希望结识爱干净，稳定工作，热爱生活的小姐姐~如果不想出门家里还有投影仪哦，可以随时享受movie night～房子一客厅一饭厅一厨一卫两卧，简单清净。次卧租金2150，带空调，梳妆台柜子，拎包入住。物业费127.33每月，每月还会叫一次深度保洁，费用150左右，平摊即可。
有意长租一年或两年者联系，工作日5点半后或周末全天都可看房。

The apartment is in Linhai shanzhuang. 5 minutes from Botanical Garden stop, Tianhe District. One bedroom is available for 1-2 years' rental. Line 6 is very convenient for commute to Huangpu and downtown GZ. The community is about 5 minutes away from Longdong snack street and Haiyuecheng Mall where there are many restaurants and convenience stores. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a small yard. It is far away from the road, quiet and green. The neighborhood is very safe. We have security team on duty at night.
I'm now taking the master bedroom. I have a stable job in a game company. The smaller bedroom is available. I'm hoping to rent it to a young lady who has a stable job, too, pays attention to personal hygiene, well-organized, and passionate about life~Though this is a shared apartment and people usually stay in the bedrooms, I still hope we would feel comfy using the living room and be interactive:)
I like to eat out or go to swim and sakteboard on weekends, you are more than welcome to join! If u don't feel like going out, there's a projector in the living room, enjoy ur movie night curling up on the sofa!
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom and a kitchen. It only hosts 2 people. Plz tell me before u have girl friends staying with u for a couple days. The community management fee is 127.33 per month and I'll have house keeping service once a month. The fee is about 150. We'll split those fees.
